Gil’s has been catering in the Dallas-Ft. Worth Metroplex since 1983.

Our experienced and caring professionals are waiting to meet or talk
with you to customize your event so that every detail reflects your personal style and creativity.

You will notice a wide variety of food and styles that have proven popular. However,
we will be happy to custom create a menu to suit your individual needs.

Please keep in mind that in addition to food and beverage costs, there are labor and rental charges.

Once we have received some basic information from you,
we will be glad to provide you a proposal with an exact cost for your event.
