  Gil's Catering is a full service catering company.  We provide our services at off premise and on premise locations.  Our customers enjoy European style and other eclectic menus for plated meals, action stations, hors d' eouvres and buffets.  Our clientele base is a variety of customers in the DFW MetroPlex.
