Gil's Elegant Catering has been serving the needs of the most prestigious residential and corporate patrons in the Metroplex since 1984. We were the first and still remain the only European style caterer in Dallas. In 1999, Chef Gary Buehler and Steve Servin purchased the business from Mr. Gil, who was retiring after sixteen years as Dallas’ premier caterer.

Gil's Elegant Catering is unique among Dallas caterers because we offer several choices of cuisine, service styles, and complete rental packages. Our collection of rentals features our own imported linens, Sterling silver, French crystal and China.
